Always preferred the ace that was local to me so I've given this one several tries as they were closest. I found several of the staff to be very unhelpful if not downright condescending. Who uses metric isn't the answer to a question of do you know how many mm wide an adjustable wrench goes. Vaguely waving to a corner when asked if there is a house plaque to attach a house number to is not customer service. Ace in Rockville or the HD were both actually happy to show me where to find what I needed, I'll go there from now on.

I live in Long Beach and frequent this location often. I come back because the employees are intelligent, well-trained and helpful. That is a rarity in retail these days.
